By booking a service with RND, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

🧰 Service Requirements:

Customers must provide access to water and electricity at the service location. If unavailable, service may be modified or rescheduled.
Vehicles must be in a safe condition for detailing. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or biohazardous materials may require additional charges or refusal of service.

⚠️ Liability & Damage:

RND takes premium care in handling your vehicle; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
While we use professional-grade products and techniques, we are not liable for any damage resulting from deterioration of paint, surfaces, or materials due to age or previous treatments.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (severe weather or emergencies), appointments may be rescheduled

💳 Payments & Pricing:

Prices are subject to change. Quotes provided before service may vary based on vehicle condition.
Payment is required upon completion of service. We accept EFT and Cash payments

😄 Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will assess the issue and offer reasonable solutions.

🛡️ Privacy & Data

Customer information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.

Paint correction & Ceramic coating T&Cs

💰 Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final invoice.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service, via EFT or cash.
Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed and may be forfeited.


🚗 Vehicle Condition & Inspection
All vehicles must be inspected prior to service. Pre-existing damage will be documented.
If the vehicle condition differs significantly from what was described (e.g. excessive contamination, pet hair, deep scratches), additional charges may apply.


🧼 Service Scope & Upgrades
Services are performed as per the selected package. If the booked service is unsuitable (e.g. booking a basic polish for a heavily swirled car), we may recommend an upgrade.
If the client declines the upgrade, the service will be completed within the time and scope of the original booking.


🛡️ Coating Maintenance & Warranty
Ceramic coatings require proper maintenance to perform as intended. We provide a maintenance guide with every coating.
Warranty is void if improper products or techniques are used, or if maintenance intervals are not followed.
Coating reapplication due to damage (e.g. accident, repainting) is at the client’s expense.


❌ Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No refunds are provided once the service has commenced.


📸 Marketing & Media
Unless requested otherwise in writing, we may use photos/videos of your vehicle for promotional purposes (e.g. social media, website).


⚖️ Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing defects or damage.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
