By booking a service with RND, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Requirements:

Customers must provide access to water and electricity at the service location. If unavailable, service may be modified or rescheduled.
Vehicles must be in a safe condition for detailing. Excessive dirt, pet hair, or biohazardous materials may require additional charges or refusal of service.

Liability & Damage:

RND takes premium care in handling your vehicle; however, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear.
While we use professional-grade products and techniques, we are not liable for any damage resulting from deterioration of paint, surfaces, or materials due to age or previous treatments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

In cases of unforeseen circumstances (severe weather or emergencies), appointments may be rescheduled

Payments & Pricing:

Prices are subject to change. Quotes provided before service may vary based on vehicle condition.
Payment is required upon completion of service. We accept EFT and Cash payments

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will assess the issue and offer reasonable solutions.

Privacy & Data

Customer information provided during booking will be kept confidential and used solely for business purposes.

Paint correction & Ceramic coating T&Cs

Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit of $90 is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the final invoice.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service, via EFT or cash.
Bookings without a deposit are not confirmed and may be forfeited.

Coating Performance & Longevity

Our ceramic coatings are professionally applied and have the potential to last up to 5 years. Actual durability will vary based on environmental exposure, maintenance routines, and how the vehicle is cared for day-to-day.
Most clients can expect 5 years of strong performance with provided recommended maintenance

Maintenance Requirements

Ceramic coatings are not a “set and forget” service. To ensure proper longevity, clients must follow the Care & Maintenance Guide provided after the service.
This includes, but is not limited to:

- Regular proper washing techniques
- Avoiding harsh chemicals or automatic - car washes
- Using pH-neutral products
- Routine maintenance inspections (if recommended)
- Failure to follow the provided aftercare instructions may significantly reduce the lifespan of the coating.

Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

While we stand behind the quality of our work, ceramic coatings are not indestructible.
We hold no liability for premature coating deterioration caused by:

- Neglect, poor maintenance, or misuse
- Automatic/brush car washes
- Harsh chemicals or contaminants
- Improper washing or detailing methods
- Environmental fallout, bird droppings, sap, or road debris not removed promptly
- Improper correction or detailing performed by third parties
- In extreme cases of neglect, a coating can degrade in as little as 6 months. Because of the many external factors outside our control, no guarantee can be made regarding exact longevity.

Vehicle Condition

Pre-existing defects such as scratches, etching, oxidation, stone chips, or clear-coat failure will not be covered or “fixed” unless specifically addressed through a separate paint-correction package.

Post-Service Care Window

After application, the coating requires a short curing period. During this time, clients must avoid:

- Washing the vehicle (usually 5–7 days)
- Parking under trees or heavy contamination areas
- High-pressure water on coated surfaces (until fully cured)
- Full care instructions will be provided upon completion.

Inspection & Touch-Ups

If at any time you feel the coating is underperforming, we are happy to inspect the vehicle.
However, any reapplication or corrective work due to neglect or improper care will incur additional charges.
